Egg Bhurji, Masala egg Bhurji
Masala egg Bhurji is very easy to cook and yummy, tasty, delicious!!
Ingredients
4 eggs
3 medium size onions- finely chopped
2 tomatoes- finely chopped
1 medium size Shimla mirchi - medium chopped
2 table spoon kala masala (black masala)
1 1/2 table spoon garam masala
1/2 table spoon red chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon of Haldi powder (turmeric powder)
Salt as per taste
100 ml oil
Process
Heat oil in a kadhai over medium flame.
Add finely chopped onions to it and let it cook till it gets transparent.
Add finely chopped tomatoes to it and let it cook till tomato pieces gets soft. Then add chopped Shimla mirch to it. Mix it well and add 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder and sauté well.
After properly mixing the ingredients add 2 table spoon of kala masala, 1 1/2 table spoon of garam masala and 1/2 table spoon of red chilli powder. Mix it well.
Keep the flame low so that masalas and red chilli powder won’t burn.
Then add 4 eggs to it. Add salt as per taste. Let it cook for 5 min low flame.
